   To whomever it may concern. I am not the type to leave reviews but after my recent visit here I felt extremely compelled to. I had come in to pick up a simple item needed for my son but from the moment I entered through the door there were several workers present yet not a single one acknowledged me, approached me or even offered simple assistance. I would’ve understood if they were busy with customers but they were not. The extreme lack of basic customer service and SIMPLE manners was completely unacceptable. The shop itself appears completely fine but the atmosphere created by the extreme poor service made me feel uncomfortable and overall very unpleasant. I truely hope that moving forward management addresses this issue as no customer should feel so invisible when entering a store.
