   Spent $300.00 on Sunday and was supposed to spend my $30.00 voucher but on Wednesday I was told that to redeem voucher I had to spend another $100.00? , wasn’t told this at the time despite store manager being present. And now I am told value is only &20.00 as due to time value was reduced , still never told informed-and voucher never produced.

   Came in and bought two pairs of vans for a gift and was told by the staff member, if the recipient doesnt fit them I could come back and exchange them without having to pay anything more as they were apart of the 2 for $99 sale going on.... went back in today (within the 30 day window) as the recipient didn't fit them and had to pay extra after I was told I wouldn't have to.... very upset with this, if I had to pay extra I should have been told up front!

   Though the store was quite busy, the staff were super friendly and helpful! Ash helped me out with the fit of the boots I ended up purchasing, and gave me tips on how to take care of them and which products were best. Will be back!

   Blonde girl in the store is very rude, eyerolling to other staff when customers were asking to try on shoes as if its not her job to help them. No please or thankyous - clearly more interested in doing just about anything else. What a shame for the store. Good thing there's about 10 other shoe shops in the mall with smiling diligent staff
