Exceptional. Extremely impressive. To find a small restaurant serving fresh, quality sushi, and with a huge smile, was a very pleasant surprise. Iād eat here at twice the price. Highly recommend.
Delicious sushi, very friendly and polite staff and cozy atmosphere. I think it's one of the best sushi I tried in NZ. Been here many times and will surely go back again. Highly recommend
We had sushi for lunch from Omi yesterday. The sushi was good and the ingredients fresh, although we found it a little sweet, which may be down to the rice they use or added sugar. Plenty of other sushi places in Christchurch would make sushi of similar quality, so I'm surprised at a few of the reveiws waxing lyrical about how good the sushi is. This score is mainly in relation to how expensive this place is. Maybe it's due to the location and relative lack of sushi options nearby, however the sushi is very expensive.
These sushi and staff were 11/10 - the best, we have eaten in NZ! Highly recommended!
This is the best sushi we have ever had! The flavours are incredible each individual piece is exquisitely designed and each bite is an adventure! Staff are preparing many options fresh including rice balls. Generous portions. Options to dine in or takeaway. Even a cool soy sauce dispenser and small bowls. Each detail has been considered. Lovely calm atmosphere to dine in. Very accommodating staff and speedy service.
