   :) Everything about our meal was A++++ The service was absolutely perfect, and the food was delicious. There was more than enough, and the selection was incredible. I will definitely be returning, and I have already told everyone I know to go to to this restaurant. It is exactly the kind of restaurant that is needed in every town and city, you are made to feel welcome and not rushed out the door. I can't wait to return. Thank you for making our meal so memorable.

   Cafe is the Golf club rooms. Not a dedicated restaurant but surprisingly good food and reasonable prices for drinks as well. Service was great.

   I had a steak meal. Was good for you for money and size. The meal rib-eye steak crispy chips two eggs with mushroom sauce and coleslaw. Steak was medium rare it was a good size meal good value for money on a Thursday night. Keep up the good work

   Excellent customer service, went for the $15 Thursday night steak and it was great! My partner got the chicken schnitzel and that was great too Reminded us of a classic Kiwi pub grub! Would be an awesome touch if they had gambling machines there but beggars can’t be choosers!

   Very disappointing meal - been there many times, and meals have always been good in the past (1st visit for over a year though). Fish (battered) was very fatty and batter way too thick. Roast pork was so chewy almost inedible, and vege's seemed very undercooked. Not busy at the time, most tables empty. Service was excellent. This was a mid day on a sunday, on a nice sunny day.

   food was delicious and the service from Caleb was absolutely amazing! We came mother's day for lunch with family and our children, Customer service from Caleb was amazing, greeted us, seated us, accommodated for the children with colouring in things. Had us all laughing and planning our next trip to eat here.

   went there tonight with our kids and they accommodated great with colouring in paper and pencils. service was nice and friendly, food was great, and super affordable!!! if we are over that side again for a meal we would definitely come back

   Been here several times now , we go for the $15 steak night & every time we have been, the steak just melts in your mouth.we also have been to the other tasteful affairs at mandeville sports club which was just as good & the steak was just as delicious.our family enjoys coming here.. would recommend A+
