   Kids meals were a good size, gnocchi and beef cheek meal was really good. The beef fillet was cooked to a perfect medium rare.we had A couple of starters. Focaccia and fried chicken. Chicken we found To be over cooked and hard to bite through. But Everything else was outstanding, from flavour to plate presentation and our waitress was exceptional.

   REALLY good and impressive food. I found this when I needed some dinner as a tourist in the area. I had no idea it was this nice. I just quickly saw good reviews and pics. I arrived b4 dinner time but ordered a mulled cider in the bar and it was yummy. I then was seated for dinner and had an amazing special of tuna and a mixture of delectables that I wouldn’t have expected to accompany the tuna but the combination of tastes was amazing. I then had the plum compote with lavender and was it lemon? Sorbet and it was also very good. Very nice atmosphere too. Highly recommend but get a reservation!

   The food is not exceptional. The lamb shoulder is quite nice, but the portion is really small. I do not recommend sharing. I do like the chicken salad in the photos; I can’t remember the name, but it's good for dinner.

   Delicious food and quality service made this a lovely experience to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Sam was welcoming, friendly and attentive to our needs. Our table was close to a larger group who were loud and having a great time, but that was the only slight negative. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this restaurant, as they also have lots of Gluten Free options.

   Easy location just opposite the Art Gallery. Good service and comfortable environment. Foods are well represented and tasty. Especially lunch special is very valuable and worth trying. Recommend!

   Took a gamble and ordered the Tempura Fish aka fish and chips. This is hands down the best fish and chips I have ever had. Having traveled around the world and trying many famous fish and chips this is saying something. This is a must eat.

   If you have the budget, this is an absolute recommend for me when you’re going to the botanical gardens. It’s near the garden and the tram actually stops right in front of it. I went for breakfast and their breakfast menu is just *chef’s kiss* I would recommend booking if you’re going for lunch or dinner though.

   Everything was so amazing! This is a popular spot (and we now see why!), so on a Friday night, all inside seating was taken by reservation, but they were able to accommodate us with outside tables (they have heaters). The staff was friendly and our 3 dishes were sooo good. The market fish was Warehou paired with a fried muscle cake, grilled fennel, and some fried kale. I cleared the plate it was so amazing. It also had a pumpkin sauce of sorts. The polenta sticks were fab too. You won’t get a bad dish here. This is definitely more of a fancy spot with smaller portions but amazing taste. If you’re in town, give it a try. Also, we’re from the USA, so remember when you’re done, you walk to the register and pay. They won’t bring the bill to you.

   Honestly quite disappointing given the number of great reviews. Felt the food was overly salty and lackluster. We came for lunch and got the baked lamb potato bites, pesto eggs, and the jalapeño and chorizo hash. Service was also OK. They do have gluten free options
