Ordered 2 slices of pizza which was in cabinet, after 10 minutes asked when they would be ready ,told 30 minutes. Also charged a paywave fee without notification. Got a cash refund went elsewhere. Worst Sal's ever, usually they're pretty fair. Avoid this place, waste of time.
Nick is the best worker. He made us feel so welcome. After a long night out, he was so kind. The rest of the staff was so nice and so friendly. They even gave us some complimentary garlic knots. If I could give them a 10 stars I would! So appreciative of the work they do here!
Depending on the time you go and how you pay they definitely serve preference over sequence of orders. I placed an order online and one in store at the same time and the person picking up in store got served, plus 10+ others who ordered after the online order went in. I watched as they decided which people got served first no matter what they ordered or who paid first. Better go spend your money somewhere else other than this deprived grease-fest.

Ordered and two hours later they told me i was not going to get my food because their delivery service had messed up the order. They took no responsability.

The Pizza here is amazing. Like genuinely amazing. I always get the Pepperoni and it never disappoints. The customer service is also incredible. Joyful, respectful, and professional. I witnessed some drunk verbally abusive customers and the workers remained so calm and professional and just did what they asked. Incredible.
Pizza yummy, service good but the state of decor and toilets is appalling! The toilet has been kicked in an not repaired. The toilet seat covered in dried urine. Really unimpressed. This location used to be pristine and now is showing the signs of neglect. Very disappointing. Iām concerned about the cleanliness of the kitchen.
A good spot in town for pizza. The guy at the counter was helpful in suggesting vegetarian pizza options. The pizza slices were pretty huge and filling. There were a few tables for in store dining, although takeaway seemed the more popular option. Toilets at the store were clean.
