   I decided to buy from Hell Pizza Hereford street after seeing a lot of recent bad reviews from the Ferry Road store. Hereford Street had far more positive reviews so went ahead ordering a pizza, it was awesome, would buy from them again, appreciate the coupons I got with the order also.

   Accidentally mistook the vegetarian Pride pizza for vegan. The staff were very happy to re-make my order with vegan cheese for me for free. Really lovely to help after I made the mistake. Thank you! Snack size is great when you aren’t too hungry!!

   Today we ordered 1 purgatory (double), 1 garlic bread, 1 plain wedges all of these were cold as an ice block, would never go back to this store again, definitely need some improvement #52530544

   If we requested vegetarian pizza, mentioned three times for pure vegetarian, then what was the point to serve fake meat with very hot chilli?? Very disappointed but anyway you have a very good staff.

   Pizza was actually like the pictures with a great amount of toppings! Friendly staff too. Ordered online, app was hopeless just crashes but that’s not the shops fault.

   it is really more of a takeaway place than a place to sit down and eat inside. I went in, wondering why the large salad was so cheap. when I got it, I knew why: it was also very tiny. no real plates or cutlery either.
