   I think the staff really should be telling you if there's going to be a 45min+ wait for a pizza, super disappointed in wait times, especially when we got there and ordered one at 6:55 to take over to the Darkroom Quiz Night at 7:30 and we didn't end up getting it until 7:47, really unacceptable to not be told that when ordering. Pizza was alright, but not worth the wait and they are pricey.

   Aweful overpriced pizza, told there would be a 10minute wait which was fine, after 35 minutes I asked how much longer, as we had an event to attend, and was told 15 minutes?? After 1 hour and 5 minutes the pizzas arrived with almost no toppings, no flavour, and cost a fortune for 3 pizzas. The staff seem to have fun laughing and eating toppings and telling stories to each other while time is ticking away and our frustration built. Got a rude attitude from the guy when we mentioned we were not happy with the quality or service, didnt expect anything other than a small apology for the wait atleast but apparently that was too much to expect. Save your money, not worth it at all. Advice to place, perhaps hire someone who can be honest about timing and has some customer service skills.

   Fantastic venue, pizza was the best I've found in Christchurch. Came in during sound check and got treated to some good music and great beer. Highly recommended and I'll be back for more soon. Thanks Pizza Trap you rock!

   I had an extremely disappointing experience with this restaurant when we decided to order through Uber Eats on a Friday evening. Restaurant accepted the order, but when the driver arrived claiming they hadn't received it. Uber driver and customer service confirmed the order was received by them. The restaurant didn't pick up the phone or cancel the order ! After 15 min, had to cancel through Uber customer service. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

   The best pizza in Christchurch, I think! Literally still dreaming about it 2 weeks later. Never disappoints, the staff are lovely and the Gluten Free bases are also very very good.

   Quality ingredients and delicious pizza! Enjoyed a nice craft beer while we waited for our take away pizza. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Really cool relaxed place just out of the CBD.

   Came to Pizza Trap this evening for my partners birthday dinner. Arrived for our booking at 7:30pm and got a cosy table for 2. The staff were fantastic, seated us, checked up on us, definitely went above expected levels of care. Checked out the menu, and got told there would be a delay of about 1 hour, which was a bit inconvenient, but it is what it is. About 75 mins later the pizzas arrived, we shared a slice with each other. I got the pineapple pizza, my partner got the prosciutto. I wanted to like it, I really did, but for me is was a huge miss, especially after the wait. Sorry team. Best of luck.
