   Poor service. As a delivery rider, time is crucial, but this branch took 50 minutes just to prepare a single pizza. The staff seemed more interested in chatting than getting orders out on time. Very disappointing service.

   I have a few dietary requirements and eating at hells is always a good a safe and delicious experience. I did an online order and was happy to have the staff call up and confirm my order with questions so they didn’t get it wrong. Great service and delicious food as always!!!

   Every time I come to Christchurch I get pizza at least once. I am always pleased with the Riccarton store. The service is outstanding. They called me to advise of a potential dietary problem. That was way over and above what I expected. The pizza is always fresh and well made (not soggy). The delivery is always on time and the pizza is hot when it gets here. Love this shop!

   Pretty disappointed with the delivery time and forgot the béarnise sauce. A lot of money to spend to get the incorrect order. Update: I appreciate the customer service and the voucher that was given for compensation.

   Advised waiting time was 50 minutes but was an hour and a half. Pizza stone cold. Ordered gluten free but the box says it contains gluten. Delivery driver says it's because they ran out of stickers. You have to advise people who have allergies or they can be very sick!!

   Although takeaway. Pasta was stone cold. Served in a poor quality metal tray. Almost felt it was frozen and just defrosted. $45 for 3 small pasta dishes..

   Ordered a half baffalo half beast pizza and the Baffalo half had no basil topping what so ever. Had order previously before with good experience. However am truely disappointed this time

   There's no place like Hell! I absolutely loved this place's vegan cheese and their pies are just so memorable. When I go back to the South Island I absolutely have plans to smash even more of their lovely, chewy, flavourful pizza!

   An interesting theme for a pizza place! This outlet is different from most other pizza outlets I have been to. Found their pizzas to be really good, though the price is a bit on the higher side. They have very good vegetarian options as well as dairy-free and gluten-free options. I had been here many times and on every occasion, the staff were responsive and courteous. Though the store has a good number of seats, I always found people choosing the take-away option.
