We had a great experience at Pizza Hut. Ajay served us wonderfully — very friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and delicious!
Was told this branch does great pizza, but apparently they have a reputation for never getting the right house on delivery. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed a delivery order and sure enough it didn’t arrive while waiting on my doorstep with my toddler to see his excitement for the novelty of a simple delivery. Driver claimed she dropped it off after managing to get hold of her, the store wouldn’t answer my calls, then when I appeared in their store they refused to give a refund. 2 stars for the food because the pizza looked good from the counter, remaining 1 stars for the rest stated in the above.
Prashant at Shirley Pizza Hut, Christchurch gave great service! Every-time we visit, we experience friendly, helpful, service from him and he always made sure that our order was perfect. Really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Sparce toppings and stuff all cheese gives you a tasteless, dry as hell pizza. Not worth the money. It might just be this branch being stingey? Don’t reccomend - spend your money elsewhere!
The Pizza was excellent and the service was exceptional, but I witnessed what I think was the shift manager speak rudely to a worker. It seemed inappropriate to see this abuse of power, especially with customers in earshot. I apologize for any inconvenience
The worst ever pizza I had in whole New Zealand. I am a Dominos lover and my wife like Hell Pizza. One of my friends suggested to try Pizza Hut in Queenstown and we did and whenever we used to travel (at least 3 to 4 times a month) from Cromwell, we used to have our pizzas from there. Pizza Hut Queenstown make really delicious pizzas. We moved to Christchurch 2 days back and had to try Pizza hut here. I won't recommend anyone to Pizza Hut Shirley in Christchurch. 3 out of the 4 pizzas were as hard as stones. I love cheese bites pizza base so I ordered 2, but it was 60% burnt. Fries were just fine.
Meatlovers barely have any meat. Pizzas were cut really unevenly. Houseflies accompanied us while we were waiting. Staff didn't know what to do. We waited for so long only to be served poor quality pizzas.
