    Just about had my head bitten off by the woman working the counter for grabbing a soy sauce fish with my meal that was placed directly next to the chopsticks. I am sure had I made away like a bandit with a single iota of soy sauce the business would have plunged into financial insolvency for how else would it explain such a visceral reaction, the horror! The price is borderline acceptable but the rice is stodgy and the eel as tough as boot leather I suspect it isnt very fresh at all, nor of particularly high quality. I cannot imagine returning after my poor experience with staff and the food so long as superior alternatives exist nearby. Overall an unpleasant experience, the store itself is quite nice I suppose but the vibe is certainly brought down by my general experience.

    My partner and I have been going to Sushi Ya for 3 months now, every weekend. The customer service from Jack has never disappointed us. He truly goes above and beyond for us and fellow customers. He never fails too put a smile on our face and we always leave the store itching too come back for more. The food is by far the best sushi we have ever had, we’ve never had a bad experience here. Thank you Sushi Ya but most importantly thank you Jack for always making our experience a better one. You never fail to disappoint, keep doing what you’re doing! the world is better with people like you around.

    Highly recommended. Dined and enjoyed top notch food from both the sushi train and also from their menu. Staff warm, professional and attentive. Rangiora is spoilt having this great restaurant on their doorstep!

    Went to the Miracle restaurant this evening to try the teppanyaki grill - so good! Loved the food, the chef's entertainment and the Japanese basketball. Would definitely go again to try the reasonably priced sushi train they have too. Soooo yummy!

    The food (sushi) in here is excellent. The place is a restaurant as well as a takeaway. There is ample car parking out the back. Or if you are lucky you may get a park on High Street. Sit down for a nice meal in a nice environment and enjoy the variety of eats that are available as well as drinks. The gentleman behind the counter in the photo is wearing a bandana. It says so I am told, 'Always be lucky'. I am sure you would enjoy a relaxing cold drink and some nice sushi so take some time and check it out.
