   Drive Thru,was busy, & we were told by the charming young lady at the window they had just runout of chicken, but another lot were about to come out of the cooker & asked us to wait at the back up the top, she duly came out & still had her great smile, & gave us our food. Top Marks to this employee.

   Firstly the customer service was best i’ve experienced so far, i was well welcomed and served by amazing people. The state of the restaurant was amazing, aswell as the kitchen. The food was very fresh and good. Very tidy store, awesome food, amazing service. keep it up :)

   Dined in for lunch while on my break. Ordered my food and went bathroom. They do require a clean but the toilets here were cleaner then the other kfc branches I’ve been to. Facility overall was cleaner than the kfc. Ordered the lunch box and got my order quickly. Outdoor dining is real nice to dine in. Overall, will return again.

   Visited the store tonight, The staff greeted me with a warm smile. The store is nice and clean. As always I received fresh hot chips. The food is always amazingly tasty here. 5 star rating from me and my family.

   Extremely Disappointing that I paid $4.00 extra for 10 piece hot and spicy but got home and got original instead! not only that but I am missing one 4 pack nuggets (I ordered two!) of the deal and a whole gravy is missing like what the? yes phone is unanswered as usual have laid a complaint on the survey and expecting a call u going to refund me or replace it with the right requested pieces? not to forget again the missing pieces pathetic KFC Papakura

   During peak hours, it can be very stressful to find parking around the venue as it shares carpark space with other businesses. The ordering system was very confusing. Alarms kept going off when trying to place an order. No staff taking charge or asking if I needed help. Dirty tables, left with KFC grease and chicken scraps. Chicken was average - small pieces and dry. Recommendation would be work on improving customer service and keeping on top of cleaning the premises.

   I waited in line for about 30 minutes as I ordered the classic bucket meal. When I got home, the batter of the chicken wasn't golden brown ,it was more light brown and soggy. I was really hungry so I grabbed me three pieces, and as I did, two of the breast pieces was burnt underneath and one of my thigh pieces was undercooked. Dissapointing ,when people have to go get food after long hours of work and I understand that it does get busy but this just doesn't cut it man.
