   Popped in for a coffee, a couple of ordering kiosks were out of order and most of them were out of receipt paper, but if was a busy weekend. The coffee was on a stronger side, comparing to my usual McCafe, and I prefer medium strength personally. The place was very busy and loud, but again, it was the long weekend

   We stopped on our way out of Auckland...about 10:30...just wanted 2 coffees and 4 new custard and chocolate pies...they were not available to order on the self service machine, so I kindly asked someone behind the counter; the answer...in an almost empty store, "after 11"...seriously? We bought 2 muffins instead, which were TERRIBLE! Coffee was decent! The floors were greasy, didn't look like they had a PROPER CLEAN in a very long time! Next time we'll get our coffees and goodies from our local bakery- where everything is fresh and delicious - and will not stop!

   well good is just McDonald's, but colder than other, wasn't busy but anyway, just update place been like that for many years now, service no quite the best, always bad faces and rushing you with your order, it's a shame many tourists from overseas stop there after visiting Auckland

   Tables all have spilled coke on them. Trash not cleaned up. Tables sticky. Floors sticky and oily. It’s a dump and they need to clean it and have more staff keeping it clean. Unbelievable how the standard of McDonald’s New Zealand continues to decline.

   Such a busy maccas, so it's expected that everything won't be perfect, so leniency for this review is applied. Review based on arrangement of the burger, sauce applied, and service. - Big Mac 6/10 Burger was OK but was arranged on an angle, rushed made. - Double cheeseburger 6/10 Arranged as it should, none of the Diced onion added, though - French fries 4.5/10 Soft, no crunch. No salt added

   No almond milk, no choc milkshakes wasnt told till we were already waiting for our food. Received 1 lot of cold hotcakes, ordered a hotcake happy meal received rock hard pancakes, no fries or condiments.Long wait, understand it was a lil busy but wont stop here again. Caramel lattes tasted weird. I have nothing good to say about this maccas.

   I went at night It was kind busy but i didn't have to wait long and i really enjoyed their customers service. I needed help with my order as their were things i wasn't able to say and the person taking my order was one of the best in helping me and i got my order not long after i ordered which i loved as i was really hungry. I would recommend everyone to go check this place out.

   Staff seemed disinterested, including a bloke in the kitchen throwing up and catching blocks of cheese slices (which were subsequently used in burger - thanks goodness for gloves!). Everything was super slow, food was very average, drinks were half empty, and the coke tasted awful like it had something in it.

   Many people stopped at this McDonald's before heading out of Auckland. Very convenient meeting place with group of friends. Always busy. Convenient to get food but always dirty. Not very hygienic. One of the things I afraid to visit is the McDonald toilet. Try to avoid visit the toilet if you can.
