Went to Subway today and the girl named Raman was so rude! She had such an attitude the whole time, didn’t even greet me properly and acted like making my sandwich was a problem. Totally ruined my mood. If you don’t want to deal with customers, maybe don’t work in customer service! Very disappointed.
I had the falafel sub at Subway and it was absolutely delicious — crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful inside, and perfectly complemented by the fresh veggies and sauces. A great vegetarian option that's both filling and tasty! What made the experience even better was the fantastic staff. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. Their professionalism and warm attitude made me feel truly welcome.
This is what a NO LETTUCE salad means to them. Absolutely horrendous service and shame on you for making lettuce filled salad for someone with lettuce allergy If you can’t read, ask for help to read the special instructions or get better training And then the audacity to never pick phone call.. SHAME ON STAFF FOR LETTING PEOPLE SUFFER LIKE THIS
Really friendly staff however I got food poisoning from them and I’ve had subway from other places and have been perfectly fine but got from here yesterday and ate it a few hours later I was feverish and very Ill throwing up so I call my dr and she lets me know it’s food poisoning. I would truly like a refund. I had ordered it for pick up so I wasn’t even able to watch them make it as well but seems to me they need to have a health and safety check with their food and hygiene etc
Completely missed order notes. I wanted fresh it definitely wasn't fresh. Bread was also toasted or stale. Don't eat here
This is the third time that Papakura Subway has under performed. We ordered Uber eats and only half the order came. When I contacted the driver, he said that he was given the bag by Subway staff. Then I tried ringing, only for no one to answer. I tried ringing 16 times for over an hour. I then tried to ring again today. NO ANSWER...just don't bother with this location. Absolutely awful service.
Highly disappointed! Spend money of 2 kids packs to be delivered via UberEATS. Half a slice of ham , one cheese and next to no sauce, also no salt and pepper even though I requested it. Staff are incompetent, can't deal with the smallest complaint. They give managers number and typical no answer, Never had an issue with waiuku, pukekohe or Christchurch branches
Rubbish Customer Service, Very bad experience today with subway papakura specially the girls making the subway and cashier, no manners/attitude how to talk , one particularly girl speaks in punjabi not in English. She try to disrespect their customers in front of other customers. Subway Mangement: You guys need to train your staff so they learn how to make a subways and how to deal with customers. Please note: Look an eye when they make subway for you, they put very very less veges on subway, Rubbish making.
