Staff are friendly and have good work ethic due to cleanliness inside the restaurant. The food was prompt and good quality. Not dry or warm. I wasn't expecting this in otara. So in opinion this is the best McDonald's I've been too.
The woman who took our order in drive-thru was super lovely. Her headset manner was clear and attentive, and she was very helpful in helping to identify the specific combos we wanted to purchase. Im regretful I wasn't sharp enough to have left her a tip in gratitude for her service. And while the collection window wasn't quite as overwhelmingly positive, they were still definitely very efficient and warm in their service. Providing hot fresh food quickly. Today I ordered a chocolate shake. First, they made me wait for quite a long time, and then they told me to have some other fizzy drink instead. When I refused, they gave me the chocolate shake after I insisted twice. When I tried to drink it, it felt more like a frozen drink than a proper shake. While drinking it, it felt like I was drinking ice. Even the taste wasn’t good at all.
Please NOTE. I HAVE WORKED FOR MCDONALD'S BEFORE. i used this drive thru around 7.44pm today. The service was excellent by the 2 ladys at each window. But the food was old. My big Mac was old and hard. My fries were old n cold. See photos and you guys will know. the 2 ladys who serviced me. You guys deserve better. you guys will are highly appreciated. Thanks. 3 out of 10 overall

Traveled from Australia to have breakfast here. Meal was Quick to come out. Burger was luke warm, quite hungry, i asked them to heat in the microwave because i did not want to wait for a fresh pattie. They touched the burger, then whisked it away to be heated. Left with out eating it. If you are going to serve pre cooked patties, serve it to the drive tru since they are in a rush. I am willing to wait for a freshly cooked burger thanks. The Service was lovely though, and we were warmly greeted by the managers, A+ for service.
Free WiFi and great location! Great for the community to enjoy a convenient meal.
Popped in for a quick Big Mac for lunch and I was not disappointed. I received really fast service and the restaurant was nice and clean inside. They also have heaps of parking outside as it’s part of a mall complex. I’m lovin’ it! Hamish Dorrington Kakapo Business Sales
