Nice fresh food. we had a variety of dishes between us. Every dish was tasty. Service was great. Went in a tuesday night so prices were great too. Would definitely recommend
Food had no taste, except sweetness. Garlic naan were rubbery. Pakoda's taste soggy ,seems fried in oil which was not changes for long time. Over all no good experience.
Had a lovely dinner for my daughter’s 21st. There were 17 of us, the service was excellent and the food was fantastic. Highly recommend.
Awesome food and ambiance. I went for the lunch and ordered butter naan, garlic naan and Methi Malai matar. The taste was delicious. Service was excellent. The seating arrangement was perfect. They served papad and rice complimentary. Will surely visit again.

Highly recommend Ginger Pukekohe! We have eaten there many times over the past 12 years. And every time, the staff have been friendly, welcoming & professional. We love that it is a small family run business, seeing the same friendly faces welcome you inside, means you feel valued & appreciated. We usually do takeaways but do dine in occasionally. This last time we dined in. The food is simply THE BEST Indian food! 2 coeliacs to accommodate can prove to be a challenge at most restaurants. But not at Ginger. No problems at all. Coeliacs & non coeliacs are both able to enjoy their meals. Thank you again Ginger. We will continue to enjoy your delicious curries!
It was my favourite place but from last month I had really bad experience 4-5 times. Worst experience happened today which really make me mad, I organised party and ordered veg and non veg food for my friends , am 100% vegan from childhood and my some friends as well, I ordered veg jalfrezi and had 2-3 spoons and find out Bone pieces in my veg curry , really distorted my party and make me upset. Suggestions for vegan people avoid to eat from this place.
Ordered online tonight. Easy to place an order on Menulog, had to make a profile. Arrived on time and hot. Generous serving, not to sweet, close to authentic Butter chicken. $21 main, $6 garlic and cheese naan. $10 delivery charge.
Ginger is a our Family’s go to. Food is always delicious. Recommend butter chicken medium. Good spice and flavor. People constantly coming in and out picking up there phone orders which is a good sign. Lost track of some our drink orders but this was sorted out.
