Useless owners order was wrong and made me sit there for half hour. Dirty smelly baskets piled up where the customers sit. Was my first and last time coming here it’s a shame the poly community enjoy these places.
Family and I were in the area. Ordered the 20 chicken and chips combo for $22. The fries serving amount has decreased drastically that I wouldn't even call it a decent scoop but "a cup or handful for one person" instead, the price is reasonable due to inflation. The chicken nibbles however were perfect as always just the fries was the let down. I hadn't visited in a year as this is over my family and I go to place for chicken and chips whenever we're in the area. Fries were well overcooked as if it had been precooked prior to being thrown into the deep fryer and it was horrible I'm sorry from the time we opened up the pack in the car. Apart from the food the customer service is and was excellent.
Waited over 40mins for small order!!! Very rude and poor customer service!!! Food is greasy!! Fish nuggets were mostly batter! Gave me less food for complaining! Rude rude rude! Need more in the front serving food when it’s busy instead of just one person working like a snail aggravating customers!!! Silly women had the cheek to “thank me for my patience” sarcastically, instead of an apology !!!
Our favourite place for fish and chips, Chinese AND fried chicken.
I really like their lamb but a lot of their dishes have become kinda pricey. You also can not get a 1 option container anymore, such as egg foo yon without paying twice the price so I dont go here often anymore
Ordered Chowmein noodles, fried rice and chill chicken the staff packs beef knowing and clearing stated NO beef and pork. When told to the staff she stayed being rude and then packed chowmein noodle in a small container and said you take the beef, take it out and eat it. Without any issues we went away and gave the food to someone who eats beef. Really unacceptable behaviour for staff and very poor service
Best breakfast sandwiches in town 100%
You can't beat the price value ratio at this take away. Taste is great, price is unbelievably cheap at current NZ inflation rates.
Ok for bulk families or quick grab n go chicken nibbles for a party. Service not great. Your just a number and there's no English speaking interactions in between. Chickens overcooked n dry at times
