   We encountered a rude and poor attendant at the counter. Although we didn't order a food, my special needs client urgently needed to use the restroom due to the warehouse toilet being under maintenance. The girl stated, 'You cannot use the toilet if you're not a customer.' After explaining the situation to my client, she couldn't comprehend it. When she asked again, the girl turned her back, cutting something with a knife, and said, 'My manager is here, so you can't use the toilet if you're not a customer.' I apologized, mentioning my client has special needs thats why , and the lady told us to leave. How rude! Is that how you treat others? Aside from The food you serve isn't good based on my experience, which might explain why you have so few customers. Please try to be kind sometimes!!! Thank youuu!!!    Literally the worst chips I have ever payed for/eaten. Do not go here.... Size was stupid for $11 and the taste is disgusting... Old oil whatever who knows. Didn't even salt it properly if at all. Put my own on...

   Hubby and I went there for dinner we ordered seafood basket which consisted of 2 of everything to accommodate 2 people...ie...muscles.. scallops...crab sticks..not sure if we got oysters......fish... which was practically the same size as the muscle.... hubby was disappointed with that....chips were good....the table top of our table was a bit unbalanced.....decor needs a huge tidy up

   ORDERED : 1x Salt n Pepper Squid 3x Fish bites 3x Squid rings 1x Snapper & Chips PRICING: Total $49.00 Snapper was fresh, Squid was tasty. As you can tell by the pictures everything was slightly overcooked hence the dark tones of the food and chips. Not a deal breaker. Service was lovely. Area was clean. Will come back again.

   Got here 10.30, one staff,had to wait 4 deep fryer to warm up. 11.00 he took order. Told another delay. Poor dude on his own. He did Uber run first. Still waiting. Kid meal cold. 2x adult fish n chips cold. Waiting for 2 grilled platters. Mum, wife plus two kids completed. Platters arrived. Need more staff. Not happy. Will think if we return.

   Friendly service from the lady. .the young guy is somewhat?. .chilled out. . .for bigger than usual orders prepare to wait at least 20mins. .food is all good except for the Calamari/Squid Rings/Mussels. .all over cooked. .seems to be the case speaking surely. . . . ..
