   Worst experience ever in takanini store. I had an offer online on my subway app when i visited the store to redeem my offer the staff told me their manager have advised not to accept any offers for customers who had the offer on their app. Very strange. Never had an experience with subway like this before. The staff was rude and told me to redeem the offer from some other store when asked why she told me their manger have advised them not to accept any offers for online app for customers. If takanini store manager have made their own rule why did they not advertise this on subway app that Takanini store was excluded rom any offers online.

   Disgusting food and crap service. Ordered a subdog (hotdog) for my daughter. This is what it looked like. It tasted as disgusting as it looked. The staff here are also extremely stingy with toppings and sauce. Don't waste your time or money here

   Subway Takanini has been my go-to restaurant for quite some time, however my recent experience left me very disappointed. The sub I ordered was not up to the usual standard — the vegetables didn’t taste fresh, and the overall quality just felt off. It was far from what I normally expect from this location. I brought this up with the staff (who were polite and helpful), and they contacted the owner on my behalf. I spoke with the owner, who assured me that all produce and bread are stocked fresh daily and even offered to show paperwork. However, despite those claims, what I received told a different story. I asked for a refund, but was denied as I guess my reason wasn’t valid enough. In the end, I threw the meal away after just a few bites. After this, I looked at other reviews and noticed that several other customers have also raised concerns about the quality of the salads and overall freshness — so clearly this isn’t an isolated incident. This used to be my frequent Subway, but this experience has broken my trust. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, and I can’t justify spending $15.30 on a meal I couldn’t even eat.

   I order veggie pattie. I paid $15.30 not enough salad. They only put little salad. Using same knife and gloves. According to subway they not meeting requirements and putting less salad . Which is not good for restaurants and loosing customers. Never going back. Never recommend

   Worst Takanini Subway. I will never go back. The guy started using the same gloves to do my vege order after touching the meat. I had to tell him are you going to change your gloves. He said why. I said because you just touched meat and now your touching my vege subway.The quantity of food was disgraceful. I told the lady. The amount of salad and cheese you putting on is not enough. Still she didn't do anything about it. No customer service skills from her and the male staff. They make your monies worth. I spent about $50. I was so disappointed with the food. Thier quality was crap. It's not cheap anymore. But atleast they should put decent amount of salad. I would recommend you to think twice before going to this store. I hope their manager messages me or head office. I just read other reviews, i thought i will edited. Same story with other customers. These people working at the store are useless and maybe the manager is useless too not sorting out these issues. Im really pissed off. This is the first time I have had this experience. I recommend Manukau Super Centre store. They are great. Tell them to go learn from them.

   Bad customer service both (two) staff working 5pm today acted like they didn't want to be there let alone customers coming in to order. I tried to order a smoothie but apparently it wasn't available while their big sign board was out on the floor by the sliding door very confusing but really just seemed like they couldn't be bothered to make one. Also the girl rolled her eyes when I enquired about sub of the day which they also don't do.

   White woman with glasses working wednesday night refused me the service to have my foot long sub wrapped separately, which is fine but other places like Ormiston still does it for me. Replies with "Sorry, we don't do that" in a aggravated monotone voice? Also has a massive sneeze and covers with her hand but did not wash her hands? Yikes

   Only eat here if your DESPERATE for Subway or honestly drive 5 minutes to the other one. Service so terrible it took me a while to wonder if I eat there then I saw the team making someone else's sandwich and there was literally half the veges any normal subway would use. Walked away and went to another subway and was happy with the choice to go to another one. I Can see why this store has so many 1 star reviews.

   Ordered in store disappointrd my subway was not to standard hard pieces of burnt chicken. The service at takanini branchneeds improvement. Overall i Dont recomend this branch. But still love subway highly recomend new store in karaka always awesome food and service.

   Loved my subs, cookies and service. I'm a very assertive person so when I want something I'm not afraid to be direct about it but I didn't feel the need to as the lady serving me gave me exactly what I needed and didn't skimp on any ingredients. The cookies were also decently large and soft and chewy. I will be back :D
