   Placed an order on line. When arriving to collect , I was told “I didn’t receive your order, our system is down” in the rudest manner. Yes I understand things like this happen, but this is not the first time I have been served by this young lady. No greeting, no sorry, no smile. She has no customer service skills and needs to find a job away from customers. Not good for business Subway Karaka.

   Great experience at Subway Karaka! I was served by Ramanjeet, who provided excellent service- quick, friendly, and efficient. The store was very clean and tidy, which added to the overall positive vibe. The sub was made just how I liked it, but I would recommend adding a bit more filling, especially with the vegetables, to make it feel more balanced. Overall, a smooth and pleasant visit. Will definitely be back – thanks again, Ramanjeet

   First time coming here and definitely my last. I had to ask for more everything in the salads alone and the scouring looks I got like I was going put them out of business with 1 extra piece of capsicum or olive. Unbelievable for a joint that’s selling $20 sandwiches

   Visited this subway for the first time in the morning and unfortunately, it will be my last. The staff seemed completely disinterested, no greetings, no smile, and barely spoke clearly. When I asked for clarification, I was met with unfriendly looks, as if I was bothering them just by being there. Customer service was seriously lacking. Even if the food is decent, it’s hard to enjoy it when it’s served with such a negative energy. The whole experience felt cold and unwelcoming. Food should be something to enjoy, not something that leaves you feeling worse after eating it. Very disappointing overall

   Subway Karaka - i order online for collect which was user friendly however my order was in complete with only half the ingredients i had paid for. The footlong filled the grab, but without the right ingredients it was like eating sand between to slabs of bread. Sometimes i find you need to be face to face with these outlets so you can guide them through your yes and no’s.

   Worst Subway Restaurant in South Auckland. Do not order from here. They barely put in any salad/veges. It is terrible. Not a one-off experience. 3 separate times we have been served a disgraceful sub with several items missing and absolute minimal amount of salad. They serve the thinnest possible sub by size. Compare their sub with other subs in the region and it's clearly the worst! Try Takanini Subway (close to Takanini Village) or even Papakura Subway on Great South Rd is much better.
