   took 20 mins to get 2 mcfloats and 3 chicken nuggets. took another 5 minutes to get a refund and i didn’t appreciate the manager’s tone. she said that they were waiting for the kitchen to make the order but orders after us were being pushed out and there was nothing on the order screen meaning they printed the order but didn’t even make it. she also said the drinks were ready but when we decided to still get the meal and not push through with the refund, they had to make it again?? so it wasn’t ready? i don’t appreciate the lying and her tone. also while trying to get the refund, she couldn’t refund the snack pack and asked if we had a happy meal. we didn’t and recited the order back and she said “yeah i know”, well clearly you didn’t know, if you asked us if we had a happy meal?? i understand you guys get busy especially at night but it honestly didn’t seem too busy and saying all of that while the order screen was blank was very frustrating. we do appreciate the compensation of extra nuggets and fries but definitely could be handled better next time - don’t straight up lie to us especially because one of us used to work at a mcdonalds

   Usually this place is great, always correct food and helpful staff. Today i was very hungry and unfortunately my McChicken (with extra bacon and cheese i paid for) did not have bacon, and somehow did not have any lettuce??? by the time i got to my burger i was halfway home and thought it would be stupid to drive all the way back just for some lettuce and bacon. not very happy about that. How do you miss lettuce in a McChicken, thats like the basic recipe

   Pretty much the usual McDonald's store. This one is way cleaner than some of the others I've been to. Service was great, the order was given complete, and food was still hot by the time I got home.

   I ordered from McDonald's Karaka in Auckland on 22nd May around 10pm. My order had 4 burgers and 4 drinks as regular coke. But when I received my order, instead of coke, I received a drink which tastes like spirit (bitter), left a dark black stain on the white straw, and smelled like high cleaning alcohol. I have been feeling dizzy right after taking one sip and having a constant headache. This is my 2nd complaint about this store, but they always send wrong or damaged order and also lack in customer service and food quality. I would appreciate it if McDonald's take is complaint seriously and takes an action instead of asking their manager to call. Last time, the manager called, he just apologized and offered me a free mc pie or something. You have to understand that you can't offer free food when you are responsible for putting someone's life in danger. The head office needs to take strict actions against them.

   Brought a Large Box meal through this branch and first bite of the first burger had a huge black long hair wrapped through the big mac sauce into the lettuce and then into the patty. Pretty much dumped the entire meal after discovering this. Reported it back to the store who said they would compensate the meal which was a tad over $55 and via mail received a voucher totalling probably $17 -$20 Tried emailing the manager I spoke to ankit lokhande and as of 10th April It would appear We are being ignored as we told them we just wanted to be refunded for their Terrible meal. Obviously must be standard for them not to be interested in customer complaints!
