I really enjoy our drive through experience. They were prompt and the food delicious. Further, I have never had any issues with our order NOT being filled properly as I have at other McDs. This is our Tuesday treat McDs and we will continue to support them.
Had a drive thru order last night. The lady ( I think her name was Manpreet) serving orders didn't even acknowldge and just pass the 2 drinks we had. Then she said can you park on the side which we did. We waited because our food wasn't given and after more than 10 minutes no sign of our order. 5-6 cars passed by with their orders and still nothing. Went to check our order, went to her straight away because she was the one asking for us to wait and she only said.... oh? Forgotten our orders? Was not a very busy night tbh on the drive thru window , a bit of presence in mind will be great.
Poor service.poor quality . I don’t. Like to give negative review to business bcz we all struggle in hard time . But these fast food fail last it quality of my last 4 visits. They always have confusion with customers order . , some thing always missing if you order is bigger . Some time now even busy they ask you to park in corner. Took them 10-15 min Burgers not even sauce properly . Just dip little on side .
Short little island or maori lady couldn't tell makes bomb hot choclates at the mc Cafe, tall indian dude did me one one time think he might be the manager, tasted yuck. Closes @ 11:00pm for dine in
Worst customer service I ever experienced, no person to attend customer at the front customer if someone come no greetings no smile on the face bad professionalism, talk behind the counter in their own language very loudly, have to wait for a long time after ordering food and after you get served you found your order isn't right and have to wait again before anybody come and help you sort it, no apology for giving out wrong order and make you wait longer. Won't recommend this place to anyone!
Usually always have bad things to say about McDonald’s but 2nd August at 930 pm. My order was taken quickly, the food was very hot. My chips were the hottest I’ve ever had in probably 100 visits to mcdonalds in last 30 years. The coke was actually fizzy and tasted like actual coke. Chicken nuggets were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Well done! I have never praised McDonald’s but for once you guys got it right!
Bought a large combo from Uber eats, fries portion is equivalent to a small fries. Rang the Takanini branch but no answer. Complete rip off
I love this McDonalds. The service from the staff is always great. The restaurant is always clean. Drive thru runs smoothly.
