   The Subway at Glen Innes never seems to honour the deals Subway email you about and they always make the excuse their system/till can't process it? Sounds like owner maybe doesn't want to offer same deals they email you about so poor in times when money so tight. Staff rude and dismissive when questioned on this and why? Won't ever go back again.

   Just came in to grab a footlong meatball sub. Was told I had to order online, despite standing right there, the guy refused to put my order in, not sure why. Placed an order. Had to wait 10 mins for said order. Sub was drowned in sauce to the point of it being soggy and unable to pick up. Didn't even cut bother cutting it either. Would have given 0 stars if possible. Absolute garbage
