This was the worst KFC we have ever had. Shocking chicken had a weird burnt taste and cole slaw was sold out. We will never go to this outlet again. Definitely not the high standard of food that we normally experience from KFC
I asked for no lettuce or full egg mayo and they didnt listen!!!! I am allergic to egg mayo so am extremely upset
I ordered online so I can't comment about the atmosphere. The chicken was dry, I'm guessing the chicken is the cheapest because by the time it gets to your bucket, and arrives to eat, the chicken is dry and falls to pieces, the batter on the chicken, not palatable. Also way too much salt. When we first moved here years ago, everything tasted delicious. Now, there's no pride in how they're putting the food out, ingredients are questionable, please go easy on the salt!!
I went in and purchased two meals. My friend and I were in there, as we always are. There’s one staff member who consistently has an attitude, but I always chose to be nice and assumed that’s just how she was. Today, I politely asked, “Could I please have a little extra salt?” She looked at me and my partner, didn’t even open the chip box, and then started aggressively shaking salt all over the bench and into my food, saying, “Is this enough salt?” The amount of patience I’ve had over time with this staff member—always using my manners—I can tell you now, I’m deeply offended at how we were treated. Was she just having a bad day? Honestly, I don’t care anymore. I have always used my manners, even when I didn’t want to, and I should have been treated with basic respect—especially considering I spent over $45 on just two meals.
Not the first time they’ve gotten my order wrong. Gave them the benefit of the doubt because last time it was busy. This time it wasn’t but they still got it wrong even though the changes made were at an extra cost to me. Not worth going back, would rather drive to a different KFC than Glen Innes.
Absolutely a pleasure to visit. Friendly, fast service. The place is clean and the atmosphere excellent. Thanks again for very nice food.
Booked food over an hour in advance for a group function. On arrival took a staff member 10 mins to acknowledge me to then be told the order wasn't ready as they were busy. Rude and poorly trained staff members.
Really happy with my experience here, staff were friendly and attentive to my order so thank you! And the food was fresh, hot and in quick time.
Even though the staffs said that “everything is in the bag” still check your order if it’s complete. Majority of the time its not. I gave it 3 stars because the online customer service team managed to do a refund without any issues.
