   I ordered food, $25. Received absolutely nothing and Maccas were conveniently uncontactable. Has happened twice now. It's too expensive. Especially when your order doesn't turn up for the second time in a month but you get charged for it

   Finally had a really nice experience at this McDonald’s! A lovely Asian lady served me, and she was super friendly, patient, and made me feel very welcome. It’s not always easy to get genuine service at fast food places, but she really went the extra mile. Thank you for making my day a bit brighter!

   Terrible service, always delays at the drive thru. And tonight we paid for a large McChicken combo and received a small chips… and no chicken on the burger! Won’t be going back. Second visit equally bad. Ordered & paid extra sauce on chicken burger… got NO sauce on chicken burger!

   There is a sad almost empty atmosphere here, at the order machine it says, "take out orders only". There is no welcome greeting, just order numbers being called out. It is convenient but having gone to other McDonalds that have that warm feeling this is not a place that I want to spend a lot of time. It cost nothing for a smile or a sincere warm welcome. It seems the magic of McDonalds missed its mark here.

   Took longer than usual, but honestly the best McDonald’s that I’ve been to. I believe the people that work here definitely deserve higher pay and more respect! Thank you Sam for your wonderful service and explanation for slow service. Quality of food was perfect, all very fresh and well assembled. Thank you for my favourite after work (5am) meal.    Been coming here since 2012, I must say that since then and now quality and standards have dropped significantly. I ordered from here last week and had severe stomach cramps , it was awful. The staff are horrible to cooperate with, one of the ladies was coughing and sneezing everywhere while packaging peoples food and the overall cleanliness was appalling, only one hand sanitiser machine worked.

   Last time ever ,never ever getting any meal from Glen Innes branch. Meal is meal, shouldn't be complaining, but honestly, patties were hard as, fries not as it should be.

   Service here us TERRIBLE. Whenever we come here it's slow. On my recent visit we got one frozen coke. That should be a simple thing that someone can quickly get done so we can leave. But no, took 8 minutes. We had to wait for all the big orders to be done before our little one. Lady at the counter pretty much threw the drink on the counter and didn't say anything or give a straw.
