What an awesome place. Beautiful grounds, 2 swimming areas, all the facilities you need, phone service, ocean nearby, mounting bikes 5 mins up the road and the most friendly hosts. We will def be back.

Camped here for 1 night and the hosts were so friendly and accommodating. It was a Saturday and she made those most amazing pancakes for us all to sample. 1 tasted like you need to have 3. Haha Was very clean and beautifully kept grounds. Was quiet with a nice river running through it with 2 watering holes. Mini golf, trampoline, hot spa. They had bathrooms with showers positioned throughout the campsite. Hot water, toaster, microwave, sink washing stations. Tons of room for big groups with a big kitchen as well as eating area. Def would stay here again :)

Do not go here. You have been warned. Further context: The waterway is polluted with feces and this is not made known. The park should have a moral obligation to let this be known. There are effluent run off fields all around the reserve area and council signs for human health risks by the river. I don't know about you, but I prefer not to be played. You do not need to travel to a rocky feral beach in the firth of Thames to hear birdsong and see the stars. And no we didn't stay. Why would we? Once again folks, just find another spot to go visit. The area is neat, but probably not your best bet to go here.

I haven't been there in so long, since 1990ish but my childhood memories of your park were so awesome, we were safe to run round free and unsupervised in our ever expanding packs, (tho it was harder to injure 80's children) so many families in the summer and everyone, staff and patrons were all lovely and courteous. There was tree swings, n family movies at night played on giant projector screens that all the kids watched from duvet+ pillow forts on a grass bank before bed. The prickles were my least favorite thing, but we stayed in our giant tyre tube's in the creek most of the day. I love so much the refusal to engage nasty insult comments. Those 30 yr old memories are still probably my best n happiest of camping as a kid. I hope the legacy review isn't out of place.

Great campsite. We stayed at a powered site in our van. The facilities were good. Kitchen was well set up. My only grump was the shower was a single stream of mildly warm water which was a bummer. Wish we'd had a spa but didn't realize once was there until we arrived. Lots of little sub sections with their own toilet/ kitchen blocks which was awesome to see. The swimming hole down the bottom looked stunning and I can't wait to come back and take a dip in summer!

You get 5 mins of hot water the water pressure sucks so you are not able to rinse out you hair if its even a little bit thick there is also no door to the bathrooms so you are basically showering in a space where its 3°C not great

Not to top 10 standards. The facilities were quite old and basic and I am used to top10 being a lot higher which is why you pay so much. The staff were really friendly but the over arching religious side of it made me quite uncomfortable. I wouldn't stay here again

Quite religious, surprising for a top ten actually. Bathrooms were very dated, but clean, water pressure was super bad. Wasn’t a bad holiday park but I wouldn’t have thought it was up to top10 standards. I wouldn’t have a problem staying here again, but wouldn’t rush back either. Location is awesome, right on the river.

Me and my partner arrived late the first night and the office lady was kind enough to wait 2 hours after reception had closed. When we arrived she was so lovely, helpful and welcoming, she even offered to walk us to our site in the dark. The campground and facilities were very clean. Highly recommend!
