Always fast and efficient through the drive through. Plenty of parking if choose to dine in. The downsize is exiting the carpark onto the main road at certain times of the day.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is excellent and well priced. The premises are clean and tidy. Always a welcome stop on the way home down the highway.

The food was very good overall. However, I am very upset at the racist manager (middle age with blond hair) who was giving the worker attitude when she asked about a dietary requirements for my wife and I. Thus the one star review. I am honestly very disappointed especially considering that we were really keen on trying this place all the way from Australia.
There were only two workers there tonight but they really did the best. Definitely better quality of food and service than the Wendy’s in Manukau.
Great service from the girl that took my order at the drive thru.. I think this is the only Wendy's now in South Auckland and shud never have to close it. Thank u Wendy's Otara as always. Never have to wait in a long line of cars to get food. It's so easy and the food is always hot when I get mine. Don't care about the bad reviews coz everyone has their own experiences but mine is always on point.
Brought a thick shake straws supplied , were to small. couldn’t supply larger straws, did not want to refund it for a normal drink. Service was horrible was told manager was to busy lady at counter was slow and extremely rude
When I lived in Auckland, this was my go-to place for a meal before heading down the motorway towards Hamilton. Now that I live in Sydney, this is a treat when I am in NZ. We don't have Wendy's in Australia and I do miss it. The taco salad is one of my favourites as well as the Big Bacon Classic burger.
