   Very very dissappointed with the Otahuhu branch. The people working has no customer service ethics. Today I ordered 3 strawberry thick shakes (large) size via drive thru. The quantity in the glasses was so less that it seems to be even below than the level of small size glass. When requested to the staff they did tried to sort this issue but still left a big space to the size of glass that I paid for. Completely misleading their customers and ripping off. Will never every go to that burger king...such a shame this is as equally called stealing (Corporate stealing).

   Went through drive through today. The drive through person did not give my change back and shut the door. Went in to the store to get my change. The team member did not apologize, was rude. Customer service needs to be better!

   It's a Burger King, what do you expect? We ordered extra large for everything and what we got would probably be enough for a 5 year old. The tables were greasy and dirty. The staff looked like they were half asleep. And the bathroom requires a pin and a key. They gave me the pin but didn't give me the key. When I asked for the key, they didn't give it to me. Never coming back here again.

   I don’t know about there but SHOCKING. You guys need to pick up your game. Rude customer service. I got laughed at tonight, confronted the chick and she laughed again. Always a hit or miss. It’s fast food, how can you mess it up. Never gets drinks right & burgers consistently cold. Paru as. Go to Mt Wellington BK people. Evident y’all don’t care . New managers needed. Urgent.

   I come with my family weekly but, consistently getting the order wrong. The attitude and helpfulness of the staff to rectify the problem is poor. Staff should repeat the order they hear to clarify before taking customer's money.
