   Ordered two burgers and asked specifically for extra cheese , extra mayo and extra patty. Arrived home only to find out none of the burgers we ordered had the specific added ingredients we ordered. It wasn’t a big order so in saying that, they could’ve at least done the bare minimum of what we as customers requested and paid for. Bad experience. Would NOT recommend!

   26/11 – 12:45am. Ordered a Mate’s Hunger Buster and a soft serve. Not only were my order notes completely ignored, but I also received a Big Mac with no patties at all. Pretty disappointing.

   25/11/25 , I got home at 12:45pm from ordering a Mates hunger buster, I asked to add +4 extra pickle's on one of the big Mac burgers. 8 minute wait at the drive thru after ordering, get to the last window. And got served, everything is all accounted for in the bag. Lady taking my order was cool, customer service was good. Get home prepared to eat, and what do you know, one of the big Mac burgers are missing it's beef patties, and it's cold. I mostly come here, and sometimes they do stuff up a order every now and then, and times they do up a mean feed. No hate to the staff and establishment. Regardless the food was good. But man, be kind, we all living.

   Coffee were not what we had ordered. Also how can a coffee taste spicy? Something is either off or your machines need a maintenance.

   Not the best place to start your morning unless you can deal with the long lines in drive thru followed by more waiting in line after your order is taken with no apology given. I don't think its the staff in general its way these places are run. SAD

   0 stars if I could. The staff here are shocking, especially the over night workers. Absolutely no manners and extremely rude. They don’t care how long you’ve been waiting for your order and most importantly check your food, especially if you’re in drive thru. Even if you’ve customised your burger they always get it wrong. Nothing worse than arriving home only to find what you paid extra $ for isn’t even there. Chips are always half full as well.

   Went here for the only good thing on the menu, the icecream. Ordered a Mcflurry. Paid for it and waited at the window for 5 minutes. Went around and got a refund. These people are in a world of their own. Over all atmosphere is very ghetto and the staff dgaf. Get a burger from the Turkish place down the road instead. That's a place I'd brave any hood for.

   When I placed my order I had to 20 minutes for my meal until I approached the counter they said they were waiting on my hash browns. Waiting for so long they would get my order right nooo they didn't put my egg in my NYC Benedict bagel. If gas didn't cost a arm and a leg I would have gone back. If you order there check your order I mean take it apart and see you go everything you paid for.

   I would not recommend: 1. We have asked for our food to be brought to the table - it did not happen (might be understaffed). 2. It is the first time we are not finishing our food - it arrived almost cold, the fries were soooo bad. The worst I‘ve had at McDonald‘s so far. 3. Not clean - if you eat in it is very dirty: oil all over the place (sofas, chairs, tables and floor), crumbles, etc. Overall, one of the worst experiences…try a different one.

   Completely wrong orders I received i called them but the lady was listening to the songs loudly and a boy started talking about my order . And saying we cant help you ordering double mc chicken and getting 4 fish burgers ??? I would like the manager to be more strict about the shifts and having a responsible person inside the kitchen. So disappointed ☹️
