I booked via the the booking system today for a 1:30pm appointment, but upon arrival, the door was locked the the store appeared closed. I called two different numbers listed on the store itself and on the website. The first call was not answered. However, the call on the second number was answered with the response: "who are you?". I responded by asking if the person talking was from the barbershop joint. At this point, the person ended the call. I called that same number again with no response. After going to a nearby barbershop, they disclosed that someone had come in an hour earlier with the exact same experience. I find this to be incredibly unprofessional and wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
