   I called them to tell them that I’d be abit late due to an unexpected crash on the motorway they said it’s fine. I turned up 5 minutes late and they said they wouldn’t serve me due to that even though the lady doing my hair was still doing another clients hair. I came all the way from waiuku. Was my spot but never again.

   I booked an appointment for 10 o’clock and the person I was meant to be getting it done by was getting her hair washed I was 10 minutes early, so I was fine with waiting. by 10:10 I was still waiting and another lady had just walked in with no appointments they took her first when I was the one that had an appointment. I was so mad and I said thank you I’m leaving now. been going there for years so disappointed in the service today.

   Today I went to Top to Toe Hair Salon at Manurewa Brown Rd for the first time and for the first time to have my hair coloured, and it turned out beautifully. Thank you to my lovely dear Samoan hairdresser (whose name I have forgotten) for the lovely work she has done. To be honest, I am very pleased with my new look and colour sis. I will certainly see you again. Keep up your excellent work. alofa atu.

   On Friday the 31st of May I went to get my hair cut and was not happy with the results when I got home. When the hair stylist asked how much hair i wanted removed i said 2-3 inches off, my hair before the cut was at the back of my thighs when the cut was finished it was just below my bra strap, also my hair was majorly uneven as I asked for a straight across cut. I am not usually one to speak out against stylist as they are meant to know how to cut and shape your hair to your face type, with this being said I would not recommend this salon to others because of my own experience there.

   Always have the best experience here. I was nervous to try them as a hair dresser at another salon had stuffed my hair so badly I cried. These guys were professional, caring, helpful. They offer upgrades, but its not a hard sell, you know it is genuinely because they care about your hair care and want the best. Can't rave enough about this place and their people!

   A month ago I had one of the best experiences..I loved my highlights!! And a great price..I refuse to spend too much on my hair because in the past iv had bad experiences and spent a whole 300 but this place was great value considering my hair is so long..I live in city but will travel here any day!! I love you guys and thank you so very much I'll be booking again soon
