   Customer service wise they were all kind but the service done to my hair was going fine until (1) my scalp was being burnt from bleaching not even 30 minutes of it being put on. I definitely know that it is not normal after consulting with multiple other hair dressers. Before they started they did ask if I’ve done anything to my hair before which I said yes chemically straightened hair in 2018. It’s been 6 years since then and all that hair had been chopped off. They blamed my hair being chemically straightened for the reason my scalp was burnt which I know is false. They had applied the bleach incorrect. I couldn’t wash my hair for 2 weeks for healing as my scalp was weeping. (2) when we had first started I asked for a copper and showed inspo pics she said my hair was too dark and they’d have to bleach it.. understandable but at the end I walked out fully red headed. (3) The end process was so rushed they didn’t even straighten my hair properly it was so puffy I could’ve done a better job at home. Since then I’ve box dyed my hair brown because I didn’t like the colour at all and tried my best not to be a rude customer as confrontation is not my thing. All in all this experience was a 1 star. Such a shame as I was so excited to get my hair coloured for the first time and they were recommended by my sister. Below I’ve attached the inspo pic and the burnt scalp / colour I walked out with.

   Love the beautiful owner of this fine little place! Thoroughly beautiful experience, beautiful outcome for my first time getting my hair professionally died and cut! I would definitely recommend people to come here and get their hair done!!

   Went here this morning. Only place that would take a last minute booking so I was a bit nervous about it. But so glad I went there in the end. Nick and Siah was great, so kick back and funny. Got my hair washed, blow wave and straightened in half an hour. Once Siah was done with my hair, I could tell that she has been in hairdressing for years. My hair is thick and frizzy and she straightened it so PERFECTLY!! Definitely recommend you go there and try!! Thank you Siah!!
