   When I first entered Xuan it was wow.... so clean, tidy, friendly, professional and welcoming. I want to get a spiral perm, but it didn't happen because they told me my hair was damaged and it needs to be fixed first. Otherwise the result i was looking will not be great. I LOVED the fact that they were honest and not just wanted my money, I loved it that they were real, true, and very honest about the outcome. They showed me that they cared about my hair and not money. True service very accurate on when my hair was last dyed, and how long ago. They know what they are talking about. Great to awesome service, price suits every needs. Although I didn't get my spiral perm they gave me a temporary perm. I was happy grateful most of all Happy with the truth about my damaged hair. Love the service so I want too tgive thanks to Lisa and the team. Thank you see you soon

   Huge Thank You to Lovely Linda and her Awesome Helpful Team! From the moment you walk in you feel welcome, Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and have a great experience. My first visit to the salon was as a walk in, Linda helped to 'rescue' my hair after another salon messed it up. She takes pride in what she loves to do. Linda is Amazing! I was Super Happy with the outcome! Xuan Salon is the Only Salon I trust and won't go anywhere else! Thanks so much to the Amazing Linda and your Wonderful Team for the foils today, my hair looks Gorgeous:)

   I took my mum here after she relented after 2 years without a haircut and they did a really nice short cut and style for her (in line with some ideas i had from Pinterest) and treated her well and kept her calm. Linda even offered advice on how to roll her fringe so that it disguised any balding areas. I chose a package so the hair wash included a massage chair experience which I thought was lovely - although my stubborn mum said she didn't like it.

   $30 - For Men Haircut Ready to pay surcharge if you use pay wave even if u r using debit card Ambience - Nice Parking - 2 spots outside shop and few on roadside Appointment - Yes it is required Owner - Don’t know her name but she is nice Have always been to this Saloon till the time i moved to different location. Went there after 17 months and was expecting same service on haircut. But it was disaster - a new staff did my haircut and believe me you all he didn’t have a clue what he was doing. Even in the past owner had new hair dressers and they were awesome (lady hair dresser) never had any issue but this time i saw 2 new boy hair dresser. Please avoid using new hair dresser who are getting trained by the owner. Friday at 1530 dated 18’August’23 i went to the place for Hair Cut. Never Again. Xuan Unisex you need to ensure you trained your new staff properly or else many more customers will be unhappy. Thanks.

   Really great service and super friendly staff. One barber ruined my hair. I went to three different barbers who didn't fix my hair like I wanted. I went here and finally these guys fixed my cut for me. Very satisfied with the cut and advice. Highly recommended.

   Please think twice before you go there for hair colour . I made a huge mistake trusting them. I askd for half head highlights lol.she did back half..Ruined my hair and when I went back asking thm to fix it she wanted to charge me again. Whn I said no she refused to do it. Called her so called manager Neil..who will sweet talk you to and get rid of you saying he will call you back. Been a week now no call back. Called several times but his not available. And so you know while I was there another client walked out coz thy almost suffocated him..after all tht thy still demanded money..there was no empathy or apology. Instead she was yelling at her client. I don't know hw she's got 23 years experience..she dsnt even hv 23 seconds of customer service experience.
