My name is Teokotai Tekeu. I've had the pleasure of meeting and being treated as a patient by Dr Papa Joe William. He was very kind, caring and professional. There's been a lot of changes to the clinic over the years but I think Papa Joe will be proud. The staff, from the security at the door, front desk assistant nurses and Doctors make you feel very welcome. I'd especially like to thank Dr Colin Beumelburg. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. He has truly continued Dr Joe Williams legacy. My family and I thank you for all you have done and continue to do. Warmest regards

My experience with Etu Pasifika has been the best. Our previous GP did not take appointments, so you could wait upto 4 hours if you were lucky. We transferred to Etu Pasifika clinic because of the waiting time at our previous GP and heard from a family member Etu Pasifika are appointment based and they are here for the people. I can say he was not wrong. You're sent a reminder for your appointment, the door is opened by a lovely chap, reception staff are very friendly, medical staff that we saw were very caring and this was on our first visit . We've been back a couple times since and the staff and doctors still provided the same service as our first visit.

no same day service available, long waits to see GP, rude nurses and doctors

terrible service, why promote free consults for free patients when you are not providing this? was told that you do same day consults, but its all lies. my sister spoke with a new male Dr Bafel doctor, did not know how to work the "new system" and sent her to hospital without even examining her, when we got there, they had no idea about the referral. An absolute shambles. I am going back to my old GP

Waited on a call first in line for over an hour. Gave up and thought best to just drive over in hope to be seen faster, love the relationship I have with my Dr, but the phone system is not working

Over an hour & a half waiting time as 1st in the cue, agents that struggle to speak english & never return promised calls. Constant lies from the same operator who takes upto two hours to take a call, then struggles to comprehend the customers needs due to a language issue. Go back to the old system or bring back the old team. Doctors & nurses are great but that one operator needs to bloody go! Answer the phone!!!!!!!

I have been to the clinic once during covid level three for an assessment and I also had a phone consultation. Both experiences have been really good, with the receptionists, nurses and doctor. Dr Heather called me within a few hours, discussed my concerns and sent my prescription to the chemist straight away. It’s never going to be the same without Dr Joe but I’m very grateful that I was able to get help (antibiotics) on the day I called. Thank you

For over a.year my mokopuna used the heavy steroids and antibiotics her GP gave her even though you never saw much improvement. I waited 3 hours and started the treatment, we trusted the prescribed medication and we trusted babys doctor. We immediately saw improvements and within 1 week she was finally free from suffering for over 1 year. I would have waited 6 hours to see my moko and her skin cleared. Now we just have to keep up our plan. Stop complaining about the wait, especially since most have suffered every moment of everyday for years. If you dont like waiting go somewhere else, if you are looking for help for you or your childs eczema then for us it was certainly worth the wait. Take a book and something to eat and drink because it will be a long worthy wait.

Worth the wait! I don't understand why everyones complaining when its a walk in clinic. If we had to book they'd be booked so far in advance we'd never see Dr Williams. I cant thank him enough for helping my daughters eczema which if I could describe it, her face was as if we dragged it across concrete making it raw and weeping you could see her flesh. She is now fully recovered as we are sticking to her plan cutting out all the foods she's allergic to, applying her cream and using fragrance free soaps and washing powder. 10/10 Dr Williams has become my daughters papa for life.
