Absolutely amazing job done by Suresh! He was very kind and understanding. He took the time to understand what I wanted and nailed it. I haven’t let anyone touch my hair for a year so getting my hair cut was a big thing for me but I walked out so happy, all thanks to him.

My hair was lowkey botched from a haircut a couple weeks prior to my appointment at Rodney Wayne Ormiston. It was already short when I walked in so I was nervous that fixing it would essentially make it much shorter. However Suresh ATE and managed to fix my hair while retaining the length. My hair feels good, smells good and looks amazing. I’ve left with a couple products recommended by Suresh, as well as tips and tricks on how to maintain and style at home. Thanks you Suresh!!!
I havent had my haircut since December 2024 due to a really bad experience, but when I came in today Suresh reassured me throughout the session. He was very knowledgeable and obviously has had a lot of experience. Havent been this happy with my hair for a while, really good service, listened to what I wanted and gave good advice. Would come again, many thanks!
I feel like I have brand new hair! Suresh spent 4 hours transforming my dry, damaged hair into a style that suits my complexion, feels healthy and is easy to manage. He consulted on the best products and care to maintain the look and shared his knowledge on Balayage do's and dont's; he explained each step. I'll definitely be back. I'm especially grateful for: - patience & attention to detail - salon was clean and tidy - products & styling equipment were high quality - final trim didn't take too much off my length - overall soft, shiny, even look and feel - delicious cup of Ginger and Lemongrass tea

Today I was a walk in - I had a great consultation with Nishani she even called RW Botany to double check my colours on file. Loved the result, great colour, great head massage, fabulous blow wave and product suggestions. Thank you Nishani, fabulous service. Highly recommend.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU’RE A PERSON OF COLOUR!!! Beware of the old foreigner lady because she’s the racist one and I think she may run the place!! VERY RUDE, RACIST AND ARROGANT! You’d think being a foreigner, she would accept any race. Never coming back here again!! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! CHANGE THE NAME OF YOUR ORMISTON SHOP TO “RACIST WAYNE". If I could give this rating a ZERO, I would. She knew how badly she treated me because she would not give me her name when I asked for it.
I had my hair done by Neshan(sorry may have spelled incorrectly). She did a really wonderful job cutting my hair shorter and layering. Also took her time to give a proper cut. She also gave good hair care advice. Would definitely go again.
Worst experience of my life! Fentyn Andrews spent a total of 8 hours doing a full head of highlights regrowth touch up and a cut. First session was 6 hrs with a total of five minutes spent on the cut. After another stylist told him not to use a treatment on my hair as it causes the hair to be dyed purple he chose to use it anyway. I left the salon at 6:45 (closes at 6) so he didn’t style my hair and it was patchy with purple and orange throughout the blonde highlights which hadn’t even been toned. Upon payment he said he was unable to process payment as he didn’t know how to do the system and asked me to return the following day. Next day I returned to pay and show him how patchy the dye was and could I get it fixed. He said I could come back in a week to get this redone. When I came back to get it fixed it took him another 2 hrs. He asked if he could dye my roots darker to cover the orange and I said no as this would just look like my regrowth. He acted very annoyed that he had to do this again and made me feel uncomfortable that his job was too hard for him. I said to him if you think you can’t fix it then just return my $495 I paid the previous week. He huffed and puffed and said he would do it. Needless to say my hair still looks orange and patchy and all grey hair is visible. I have returned asking for a refund and have not heard from them again and they are now uncontactable, have even deleted their Facebook page. NEVER GO HERE!
