   Walked into Krimpton Hair salon today, took a seat, and waited. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, not even a “we’ll be with you soon” from anyone. Several people who arrived after me were called in before me. When I asked whose turn was next, the blunt reply was “they have appointments” — didn't realised that walk-ins are handled differently in this place. I felt completely ignored and disrespected the entire time I was there. Basic courtesy and clear communication go a long way; sadly neither was offered today. Won’t be returning to Krimpton Hair Salon.

   No communication about the queue, uncertain about who's next or how long. No greeting or acknowledgment upon arrival, which made it unwelcoming. Loud music playing inconsiderate to those waiting. If your aiming for local support focus on being customer-friendly.

   Went to get my lashes done, the lady took a phone call while removing lashes and kept poking my eye so I had to ask her to get off the phone she took 1 hour to do my lashes which were terrible quality. I do not recommend this place for beauty treatments

   The service is excellent. Went to get my hair cut once and then accompanied my mum to the salon a few months later - the hairdresser was very friendly and did a great job on both of us!
