   I was recommended by a Sikh friend and went coz my hairdresser was fully booked so I had no choice but to go there. Had highlights done.They made a big mess as my hair is so rusty now that I had to buy a dark color to made it darker. Will never go again. The way she was doing was like a rush quick job before 8.30. I can't see highlights in my hair except damaged hair and rusty. They told me to come so that they can use different toner. I didn't go as they can ruin my hair again. Will never recommend. Waste of my money and time. Not that professional...don't think so

   Just a heads up: Sharon and her crew have moved to a new location in Dannemora called ‘The Bow Hair’ - you can find the address when searched up. Sharon and her team always do my hair perfectly so I panicked when a new salon took her place. I had to give her a call to make sure she was still in business and she thankfully still is. Please go and support her. You’re welcome :)

   Have been to this salon many times and always great service. At times have to wait as they are busy but we’ll worth it! Very pleased with the results each time. Had to get my toddler (2 year old) haircut today - had done it before too. He usually cries the whole time but there was progress today. Despite his crying they were absolutely lovely and patient. They tried to help keep him calm. My son always loves his haircut after and likes to show it off and feels so much better too. It’s just the cut that can be hard for toddlers but they were such professionals and did such a great job! Thank you ladies for being so amazing and caring. My son was so happy once he got him and kept saying he loves his hair cut. Thank you so much - I cannot tell you how happy I am as a parent. My own hair has been straightened and cut as well as my husbands and we always love it! Colour has been done great too!

   I had my hair permed by Sharon two weeks ago. No waiting needed as I booked the first appointment. Sharon understood what I want. I love my new hair style. Anna was really thoughtful and looked after me very well, I have been this salon a few times in the past. Happy with their service!

   A friend and I had called and booked an appointment for 2 pm. We arrived there promptly thinking we would be attended to as we'd made an appointment. The place was considerably busy but what surprised me was the order with which the salon attended to their customers. We arrived before the group of boys and another person but they were attended to before us. We thought, maybe they had made a booking earlier. After half an hour waiting (2:30 pm) we followed up to see when it would be our turn. The lady said "soon" and when I asked for a concrete answer she said another half hour. When 3 pm came and their 3 pm appointment also came (two of them), I was surprised that they took them in before us. Then, another set of visitors came who I overheard hadn't booked an appointment but showed up for highlights/dyeing and were quickly attended to as soon as they arrived. My friend and I looked at each other and just left. After waiting for over an hour an a half, we'd had enough. So much for the signs around the place saying 'bookings are necessary'. First time being there, and will definitely not be coming back.

   One of few Korean hairdressers located in New Zealand, this store has been operating for the past few years. They have had brilliant service in the last, until recently it does feel that there is a shortage of staff in site leading to longer wait hours. Most of my appointments are not executed on time and I usually wait at least 20 minutes past my initial reservation. Parking can be okay, as the area is quite populated during noon. You can park at the nearby Asian supermarket if the block is full. I hope their service can improve, otherwise would recommend.

   Desperately need a haircut and they managed to get me in same day. Small wait when I arrived but was well worth it. Sharon did my cut (no shampoo just wanted a cheap and cheerful job) and did an absolutely magic job. Hair looks amazing and was blowdried and styled as well as the cut, all for $30. Super impressed, will definitely be back.
