   I just wanted to share my feedback on the hair colour service I received from Chao Qi. I am really happy with how my colour turned out. The shade suits me well and looks vibrant and natural. Chao Qi took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and explained each step throughout the process. I appreciated the attention to detail and the care taken to make sure the result was even and flattering. The experience overall was positive and comfortable.    Horrible experience. Looks like they don’t listen to what you want and just do what they want. Went back here because I had a good experience with Jeewantha previously and also had a good experience in the Takanini branch. They both has created good depth in my hair with color but this time the lady completely spoilt it, she made my hair flat with one single color. I don’t know why they charged be $250 to make my hair completely black and when asked she said it’s toner and will wash away. That’s not what I asked for! I asked for my roots to be covered and to add toner and maintain color (which was beautifully done by the lady in the Takanini branch last time) She didn’t even care that she had not done what I asked for and thought she did a great job. When I asked her why it’s all one color, all that she said was it will wash away. I didn’t pay $250 for it to wash away l, did I? Never coming back here. You need to let the customer know if you don’t know to work on dark hair, rather than soiling it .

   I’ve been to Sonjia twice in the last eight weeks at Vivo Botany and both times she’s been absolutely amazing! She’s so friendly and welcoming, and you can really feel how much care she puts into what she does. She takes the time to make you feel comfortable and makes sure you’re completely happy before you leave the salon. I always walk out feeling great and well looked after. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist who truly cares about her clients.

   I had a early morning booking for a balayage here. Before my appointment I popped into a Cafe nearby for a coffee to get me through the next few hours in a chair. Unfortunately the Cafe was quiet busy so I called in to let them know I was going to be late. When I arrived at the store the vibes were clearly off and I was assigned a inexperienced hairdresser despite paying for a experienced one as well as booking in advance. Luckily I saved my hair from a disaster and walked out. The manager had the audacity to ask for my grabone voucher so I couldn't actually use it and made it seem like a big deal to reschedule my appointment. They were clearly understaffed or choose to prioritize walk ins over bookings.

   Hi Team, I wanted to advise you of the lovely service I had done by your amazing and talented hair stylist Sonja ! She was absolutely amazing, kind, informative and a real down to earth person. She was very patient in explaining to me all the different procedures she will be doing and answering all of my concerns and my questions. She’s very on to it and it was a brilliant experience. I felt like I was with a long time friend or to put it more respectfully my favourite Aunty doing my hair ! She has such a lovely persona and I felt welcomed straight away. She’s very professional and it’s clear she is very passionate about what she does ! Overall im super impressed with the quality and service I received ! Will definitely be back again in the near future ! If this reaches you Sonja thank you again for your amazing work !

   I got my hair done here by an amazing stylest names Sonja. I came in to get a hair cut and I couldn't be happier. She did an amazing job, making me feel like myself again. I definitely recommend her and this salon. The environment was welcoming and had good vibes compared to other salons I've been in/worked at. Overall amazing service. Absolutely love my hair. Highly recommend❤️❤️

   Had keratin and style cut done at vivo botany town centre. Excellent service. Sonja is very lovely, patient, caring and did a wonderful job with the keratin treatment and leanne finished it with a great style cut. my hair feels soft and looks great. Very friendly and professional team who make their clients feel very comfortable. Will definitely go back.
