   This place is a whole vibe! Randomly rocked in at around 2am w my tane who has never done karaoke before. Booked the private room and had a choice time! Great selection of songs old and new, easy to use and in english! Woman on the bar was kind enough to extend our time by 15mins since they were nearly closing. Chilled atmosphere and close to home. Thank you for a cool experience we will def be back!

   Terrible terrible service. We were rushed, they were rude. Māori girl told her that even though half our party didn’t show, she couldn’t do refunds on their machine. Don’t go here

   Rip off. We booked a room by person. They didn't even ask if all our people were there, they started our time immediately and refused to change it. When we told them some people couldn't come in time they said their card system didn't do refunds and wouldn't refund in cash either. Customer service is terrible. Would not recommend, save your time and money for a better place. As we were walking out we overheard that they ran out of beer. It was 9:30 on a weekend, what a mess.

   The staff at this place are so well-trained. They were polite and sweet. It was a very pleasant environment and conducive for small group gathering. If you are not picky about song lists for karaoke, you can consider this place to relax with friends at a reasonable cost. The only setback is the furniture that is a little worn out.

   Had to go and get my passport as they wouldn't let me in without it. So carry it. But totally worth it. Excellent choice of music! Decently priced and wasn't so crowded on a Friday night, perfect for an introvert like me to just chill and enjoy some good music
