   So I bought a Boba milk tea drink from this restaurant and tell me why it came without ice when on the Uber app they have the taro milk tea under cold beverages but it was warm and a quarter of my drink was missing making it seem like the person forgot ice. But yeah, that's all I wanted to say a refund or a discount for my next purchase will be greatly appreciated

   Very friendly and accomodating staff, karaoke system is OK to use but was much better onced we starting using their youtube app for songs not showing on their main system (PS: make sure to have "karaoke" in your youtube searches to get the lyric displayed music videos). Only negative was the sewage smell in the main reception area but karaoke rooms had aircon to prevent it lingering in there. Overall fun experience, would definitely go back.

   Good food, excellent Karaoke - the system looks newly upgraded and there are many latest songs inc Bruno Mars Dying with a smile, Malay songs, Korean songs etc. We went during happy hour $25pp includes $25 worth of food and 3 hours of karaoke room. Great selection of food and they were delicious and good portions. Easy, free parking. The ladies toilet when we went was a let down - it looks clean and nicely presented, however there was a really bad smell from the toilets - maybe the sewerage system was faulty - i had to cover my nose with my shirt when inside - a mask would have been a lifesaver.

   Reviewing Karaoke only. Came here for "Happy Hour" on a Friday night 6pm to 9pm. Their phone number has issues, so we just turned up and there were rooms available. Although it may pay to book if you can. Reasonably priced for 3 hours and you can order food, which is added as part of your total minimum charge. Song selection is not bad.

   Used a grabone coupon and mentioned it to the staff when booking a karaoke session. The staff was making up rules when we got there instead of stucking to the terms and conditions of the coupon, it was so weird. But he let us stick with the terms of the coupon after some light arguing. Definitely don't recommend going unless you're ready for hostile staff.

   I was looking for food quite late in the night and this was one of the few places still open around 2130. Went in and ordered some takeaway. Food was alright. The shrimp paste fried rice was nice. The chicken hor fun was ok. Not too bad if it is the only place avaiable ofr late night food.
