   Si has done our autistic daughter's hair twice and he does not disappoint every time. I was always anxious when the time comes for her haircut since she is not able to sit still for a long time and is oversensitive to noise and struggles with new places. The last two years, Si has done her hair with so much attention and adjusts to her pace and needs without making us feel like a burden or getting annoyed even if she keeps moving her head. He was always patient and can't believe she managed to sit down for a good 15mins to complete her bob cut. Thank you, Si, and will definitely be sharing our wonderful experience with our special needs community.

   I Sandeep Brar recently visited Just Cuts and had a wonderful experience. Rachel did my haircut so nicely and exactly what I wanted. She is such a lovely lady and her service is superb.    I have cut my hair at this branch quite a few times and always cut with the same lady who knows what I want and does a great job but this Sunday for the second time I check in, do the 20 min drive and when I get there I get told that the 2 hairdressers there cannot cut my hair they only cut long hair. One of them claiming this has actually cut my hair in the past. I think there are a few issues with that. While I walked away I heard them having the same conversation with another guy. 1. I drove all the way there. 2. There should always be a team to cover all cuts. 3. Imagine the revenue loss. 4. Why send me a text telling me my booking has been successful then show me away at the door. Safe to say I will not be going back, I went to another hairdresser in the same complex for an excellent cut and literally paid half the price.

   I recently visited Just Cuts for a haircut, and overall, it was a positive experience. The salon staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to enter a few minutes early due to heavy rain. The haircut itself turned out great and suits me well. However, I felt uncomfortable due to the constant pressure to get a hair wash at an extra cost. Considering that the haircut was already pricier than my usual salon visits, I didn't find it worthwhile to pay more, especially since the products used were expensive and not something I would typically buy. It's important to remember that not everyone can afford these additional expenses. I politely declined the offer, but the stylist persisted, showing frustration and suggesting that my hair wouldn't be styled properly without the wash. This made me uneasy and felt like I was being pushed into something I didn't want or need. Furthermore, the stylist commented that my hair had been thinned out excessively by a previous stylist, causing frizz. However, my hair has always been fine and prone to frizz, which is common in my family. Despite these uncomfortable aspects, I genuinely liked the haircut I received. In summary, Just Cuts provided me with a friendly service and a good haircut. However, the constant pressure for an additional wash made me feel uneasy. It would be better if customers were given the choice without feeling pressured or judged. Personally, I was only interested in getting a simple haircut, and that should be respected.
