   Was absolutely disgusted to have AI take my order in the drive through, then when talking to the lovely staff member, I questioned her about AI she had such a concerned look on her face when I mentioned AI taking over people's jobs. Poor girl had no idea it was going to happened when she arrived for her shift that day. Cost of living is hard enough to then be faced with a AI assistant doing your job for you. Human vs AI, I choose human beings

   While I was at the drive through a Indian staff lady just looked at my car at the drive through window and walks to the front then decides to walk back. She took my order everything was fine until I had my BK Chicken burger which I found the burger itself was not cooked, or seemed to be slimy feeling in my mouth. Felt disgusted. Burnt fries. I asked for coke zero but received normal coke. Worst BK ever.

   The absolute worst BK I have ever been to. Everything from the food to their service was abysmal. 1 hour wait in the drive thru for two combos. Avoid at all costs. Save your money and drive somewhere else to get your food.

   Ordered through uber eats , usually great service but a little bit slack tonight not to be mean or anything ! they forgot my burgers and as upon ringing them to inform them the staff had given attitude.

   Fizzy drinks are flat and when I told the poor island girl serving us at the drive thru she looked dumbfounded so I told an older island woman who was the manager. She walked away and didn't come back. Terrible service. They put the soft serve in my hot lava cake to go....not very smart! Fries were cold with no seasoning. Last time ever going to this BK.

   At otara on indian lady manager very rude to customers she shud be removed I'm Uber eat driver I waited for pick up more then fifteen minutes when I requested she said people on counter first then she ordered staff said don't wory about uber.thats not the service I told her I'm aslo a customer on counter and told her I will report this to Yu bosses and she said I don't care
