   We ordered a chicken nugget happy meal and there was no chicken nugget in the box only fries, sauce. When the bag arrived it was sealed so I know it wasn’t uber eats. This place needs to do better with their services, very poor.

   The food was good , service would’ve been decent but the attitude I got from Prakash was despicable. She was the shift supervisor as one of the team members stated & her attitude towards the customers was disgusting to watch! Please fix your attitude before you come to work as this is a job you would’ve applied for ! Stop taking it out on these poor customers.

   Waited 6mins in the drive thru. Only 2cars at that time. Food was cooked well. My BIG MAC burger was very untidy. -Seen in photos below- Overall 7/10 things could improve since this is a very busy location. Hopefully i won't be disappointed next time.

   Very rude staff. Was at the drive through 8th July 4am and it took some time for the code to generate. Told the person at desk that waiting for the code but the third time the lady literally yelled at me " PLACE YOUR ORDER" on top of her voice. Like those in youtube and Facebook. I don know what sort of training are they getting. It doesn't seem a new thing as you can see heaps of one star review.

   They should actually stop promoting that they have coffee on this store.Three time I drive through for coffee in last two months and they give excuse either Barrista is not there or we are not offering coffee at this time and today 5 July 2023 they said it will take one month to fix their coffee machines. Apparently they they happy to support BP coffee since they are their store host. I can’t say any thing about their other services as I never used eat in at this site.

   Manager & staff very rude Worst mcdonalds ever opened 24/7 came through 5am said they will be opened 5.30am machine isn't working. It's Been happening several times morning staff sitting and laughing from the back ignoring all the customers . Requested speak to manager she doesn't want me to speak directly I called the phone she hung up bad customer service. Sitting outside window manager came and closed the window when told her if you don't give me her name so I add feedback n complaint will take her pic. She closed the 2nd window & walk away. I called landline she responded "are you the one outside window said yes I was asking rewuesting the name of the manager she was screaming said there's no manager & hung up . Very Unprofessional drove back queue after 5am n do my order asked for the name .Her name is Mele working 16/2 morning shift from morning hours . Manager should set a good example her for her staff.all I can hear inside mocking & giggling telling the manager should come outside take my pic. This is the worst customer service I'm regular customer never ever go there again treat people with love n respect n know your role you have to face the customers n respond back professionally because we are humans .you can't ignore a customer who want answers. If you come & sort it out at the time I won't add any bad reviews now I'll take it further at the main office Perioddd
