   This coffee shop is great. What sets it apart from others is they treat the experience in a way like fine dining. The service was top-notch despite the place being quite busy. I think the seating was just right. The food was good and tasted complex so worth the price. Menu is extensive. It is in a good location. Parking could be a bit of a problem.

   We arrived just before 7 am while they were setting up, but happily accomodated us. We had a lovely front corner table with beautiful views of the bay. Certainly the very best menu we'd seen during our weekend in Auckland and by far the best service we've encountered for a while. My Americano with cream was perfect and I had a nutty granola with rhubarb and rose compote, greek yogurt and kiwifruit. Delicious! My companion enjoyed her Earl Gray tea and mushrooms and spinach. Staff were attentive without being intrusive, chatty but not dominating and we certainly enjoyed our breakfast this morning. Thanks very much.

   I had such a wonderful dining experience at Kohi Beach. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a beautiful view that made the evening feel special from the very beginning. The food was excellent – everything was fresh and well prepared, and the steak was absolutely delicious, cooked perfectly to my liking. What truly stood out, however, was the service. A big thank you to Zoey and Denise, who looked after us with such kindness and professionalism. They were attentive without being intrusive, always checking in at the right moment, and they made us feel genuinely welcome even when the restaurant was busy. Their positive attitude and friendly smiles added so much to the overall experience. Kohi Beach is definitely a place I would recommend for both the food and the service. I’ll be looking forward to coming back again soon!

   The pear French toast was incredible! And the views, aesthetics, staff and atmosphere were amazing. Such a great spot for a walk in Auckland. They catered for dietaries and intolerances. Highly recommend. @kirbystaltari

   A cafe with a really nice ambience! Had coffee with family! Really warm place with friendly staff who actually help you to choose according to your dietary requirements! They have amazing Kumra wedges as well! Would highly recommend and I would go here any day!

   We're there for our introduction to the Lansdowne Farm beef and it was such a good sirloin, couldn't have been cooked any better. The Spanish and Portuguese red wines are also great to have with the steak. Good service, cozy atmosphere. We will be back!!

   Gosh darn those outdoor heaters are toasty! Add view. Add “dogs allowed”. Add friendly attentive service Add great kai. = 5* Thank you Kohi Beach Eatery. Better than anything at Mission Bay because the view is straight across to the beach. Defs a “go to” spot, especially when we have Rudy with us

   I've passed the place a few times but normally after having a meal so I haven't tried many of their items. We had takeaways and I got an almond croissant and a donut. The croissant was actually quite nice. Nice flakiness and a really tasty almond filling. The donut was ok but the icing looked like it was running a bit.
