Excellent local take-away serving tasty food. While the full meal was $24, this would probably be 1.5-2 meals for most people. Plenty of street parking outside & the staff were nice. It's open for dinner only. It was recommended to me by family members & I'll be back!
I placed my order as have always done and put note in special instructions as usual for gluten free noodles as being Coeliac i cannot eat gluten, and no pork. received order to find no pork but glutenous noodles so I was unable to eat the meal!! I rang them and spoke to not usual owner John who said it had been manic there last night and i shld have ticked the box saying extras!! Never in. All the years have i had to do this! Wasted my money !! Has management changed????
Okay so not sure if there’s new management/ owners or chefs here but the quality of food is unmistakably terrible now. Not amazing like it used to be. Used to be my go to but now changed to not go to. It’s sad to lose good food places.
we normally get takeaways here, as we did tonight and it was the worst one we've had. The sweet and sour pork was tasteless and bland it was horrible. Doesn't always happen but tonight's food was really disapointing.
Really tasty! I always order the Nasi Goreng, and it’s consistently full of flavor. The smoky aroma from the wok gives it that authentic Asian taste I love. There were only 2 or 3 times when the flavor was a bit off — maybe due to a different chef — but overall, it’s one of my go-to dishes here. Highly recommend!
Top notch place! Order here probably more than I should haha. Best food! Lovely staff, always efficient. Always so fresh, great portions and taste is unmatched!
Me and my family ordered some food from there yesterday and we all got food poisoning from it. Dont eat here, unless you wanna have vomiting and diarrhoea
As usual, excellent. Have been coming to this location for decades, long before Bamboo Kitchen took over. If there's a wait, it won't be long. It's also a testament to how popular they are. The 15km round trip never disappoints.
Hands down our absolute favourite takeaway shop. We moved out of the area a little while ago but we still keep coming back and the food is totally worth the drive. The sweet and sour pork is delicious and super crispy and we love their HongKong style chow mein!
