BUYERS BE AWARE...They only delivered half of our order and after speaking to 3 people on the phone and dealing with 7 people on email, they came to a conclusion that our order was delivered in full. when we asked about proof of delivery they giving us NZ post gps tracking that the driver delivered the goods, didn't give proof of who signed for the goods...despite giving them all tracking details and telling them only half the order is delivered, they made a judgmental call that they can't help any further... I DON'T RECOMEND THEM....STAY AWAY FORM THEM
A calculator has been delivered to me 4-5 days ago. I opened the box and did nothing else. When I realised I didn’t need it I called the place but they told me since I opened the box I couldn’t return it? What type of logic is that? You’re not selling the box are you? You’re selling the calculator and mine was perfectly fine with bubblewrap and even the little slips of paper they give you. There should be absolutely no reason to not refund me. One star.
The website allowed me to think that it posted products to Australia. Took my Australian mobile number and address with postcode. Only to find out that it does not post to Australia. Sent an email straight away and no response. Used chat messaging to try to contact them as only an 0800 phone number so people outside of NZ can't call. Was told that my enquiry is in a queue with the distribution centre and will be sent out to an address in NZ and once it is returned then I will be able to notified and start the process of refund. Terrible customer service I have ever had. No offer to take the matter to anyone that can help me and avoid sending the product out to the wrong address despite being notified. Don't shop with this company. They wouldn't last a week in Australia, that is not how things are done. I would n't normally shop there but they have a product that I can only order through them as of December 2024. I used to get it directly from the supplier but officemax are now the distributor.
Wouldn't use again. Ordered labels for delivery within 2 working days and we are still waiting 5 working days later with no certainty that they will arrive. If you want something quickly, better to go to a bricks and mortar store [Reply to response from owner: the Customer care team is already involved and has not resolved this: these labels are need urgently and this has been very frustrating!!]
Absolutely disappointing service. Especially delivery service when you buy on- line! It is stated "delivered withing 5 working days" but it is not even allocated for delivery after 6 days.. I wish I can get my money back and cancel the order. Will avoid this company next time.
Talk about using the most cheapo shipping method possible. Definitely shows when you're waiting over a week for basic, in-stock items. Definitely won't be ordering from them again. Should've just kept the physical stores. Maybe order from Aliexpress. The product probably comes from there and it will also probably arrive quicker.
It has been almost six months since the return request was accepted. The items are still sitting at my garage. The job was forwarded to your distribution team to book/rebook for at least 6 times now. However, no one has ever come to pick it up. I double if this has ever been booked. Is this how you consider 'Easy Online Returns' as promoted on your website?
We made a school order for our son nearly 3 weeks ago and the package is no where near to driving. It took Officemax 9 days to process my order and dispatch it. We are many days past the estimated delivery now, and my son has no stationary on his second week of school. Very disappointed. We made 3 orders from Quizzle for our other children. Even though we ordered it several days after the OfficeMax order. It arrived promptly, and my daughters had stationary in time for school!
