   I was reluctant to order at first since I hadn’t heard of this store before. I asked all my friends, but no one knew about it either, so I took a risk. I was very impressed with the communication from registering on the website to the delivery of the products. I ordered on Friday afternoon, the goods were packed and sent to the courier on the same day, and they arrived on Monday morning. The cost of shipping was only $5, which is quite cheap for two drinking bottles. They were well packed as well. Thank you. Highly recommended.

   Wouldn't buy off them online again or the courier "courierIT" company they use. I ordered a bottle for my daughters birthday a week prior and they put the wrong address on the parcel, no one was in contact with me and in the end, 3 weeks later, the courier company had lost my parcel - after no updates online or contact and a few mistakes on the courier companies end. The courier company then had said that they contacted Hyphen Kids a week earlier to resolve this issue with me as its not up to them to inform me and they had still not been in contact to me from the store. They then went out of stock of the bottle I had specifically chosen to shop with them for. Really bad customer service, I was shocked to hear they were informed a week earlier, and I had already brought up the issue to them prior and still no contact from them. I wouldn't recommend either of these services.

   I bought three “rose and blade” pants for my kid .Same size. Hand wash in cold-warm water. NO Machine Dry! After one month, two of them totally lose the elasticity. They just completely dropped off right way after 5 mins I put them on my kid. So my child literally walked around half naked. I have to pulled it back up every 5 mins, It was ridiculous. See photos below. The shop said “it is the first time this happened, it never happened before” Interesting because when I talked to other mums, they told me they found the same problem with this pants and the shop answered them same words: “this is the first time, no one had such problem about this pant before”. Totally disappointed!
