   Very very unhappy with haircut. The staff that cut my hair was rude and rushed the job. I didnt have time to explain thoroughly what I wanted. As soon as I sat in the chair my hair was being chopped without being asked how much I wanted to keep. Before I knew it, half my hair was gone. Customer Name was under Charleigh

   Cecile is fantastic — I had a hair cut & treatment with her and my hair has never looked better. She listened to what I wanted, offered expert advice, and delivered a flattering cut. The hair treatment left my hair soft, healthy and shiny. She’s been friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the appointment. Highly recommend Cecile for anyone wanting great results and a relaxing salon experience!!

   I used to be a regular- until the hair on my head started to thin out. Two thirds of my head now has hair. I stopped by yesterday for a machine cut (number 2). Good service- as always. Whilst I understand that there are overheads/operating costs, I felt $34 was a bit steep for a ten minute machine cut. But then, maybe I should have gone to the barber shop.

   Jimmy is a SUPERSTAR! He has rescued my hair twice after cuts which went awry and has done an absolutely amazing transformation on each occasion. I came in hiding under a hat, I left with my head held high. With his patience, professionalism as well as a great sense of humour, I am very reluctant to trust anyone else with my hair from now on. Jimmy is simply the best!!

   I normally get my hair done at Rodney Wayne, but after terrible experiences the last 3 times I've been, including the last time being the worst where they thinned my hair way too much and 6 months later I'm left with my hair matting so badly. I came to try get The knots out that had turned to a few dreads and was feeling really depressed about it! I'm a mum and struggle to find time for myself so Just Cuts was a quick option! The team were so amazing and did an absolute amazing job on my hair and didn't make me feel at all for the knots. Not only that but the cut suited my hairstyle so much (curly hair). Better experience than any salon I've been to in years. Highly recommend Cecile!!

   Went in feeling anxious after a terrible hair cut experience. They took me in and whom I assume the manager in charge heard what I wanted and handed me to the stylist named Cecile. She was warm, friendly, heard what I wanted and cut my hair exactly how I wanted. On top of it all, I paid for the shampoo and dry off on top before the hair cut. Cecile was patient, took her time and was gentle with the whole process. Would definitely go back again
