My 7yr old was very excited to get his haircut today for a special occasion. Unfortunately he ended up in tears and pain as his ear was cut in the process.. haircut was ok although there were a couple of long stray hairs left around the edges (only noticed after we got home)..they wanted to charge us $20 until I reminded them about what had happened so they charged us $18. Not a very pleasant experience for our first time here.
