   I’m never normally disappointed with my eyebrows but today I had a lady I never had before, I was seen around 12:40pm today and I didn’t catch her name but she seemed to rush my brows and she also didn’t trim afterwards. I had a quick glance in the mirror and that was my fault for not looking properly coz I normally wear glasses I didn’t see until I got home that my eyebrows were so uneven? One was thinner than the other and shaped weirdly? I attached photos so you can see how thin and uneven she did them and I also attached a photo of my natural brows and how thick they normally are with its natural shape

   I got my lashes done on Wednesday and I really loved the service! The staff were so friendly and helpful and what drew me in was that I saw lots of other mother's with prams so I thought I'd give it a try. Really lovely customer service and the lash appointment didn't take long at all. I've had extensions in the past but not in a few years and the only thing that I've been struggling with is the itching and the lashes are quite uncomfortable. I noticed that the lashes are glued to my eyelid which is causing the discomfort. I understand that it happens sometimes and to be fair I had a child with me so it may have been distracting but this is definitely a learning experience for me.

   Got my lashes done yesterday 26th June. Done by lady room4 and they look ok however my eyes hurt when i close them or blink, constantly watery now inner lashes coming off. The normal lashes i usually get they were out of stock, old set was removed no charged but they were pulled out no solution used. Came back saw the same lady she was very accommodating and rectified the problem. Simple fix.
